TechBundle started working with clients in 2004. Our initial approach was more along the lines of what you might expect from the average outsourced IT company. We addressed issues as they came up, providing a “break-fix” service more than anything else.
But we weren’t satisfied.
We realized there was so much more we could be doing for our clients. So in 2014, we overhauled our entire model. Since then, we’ve adopted a consultative approach. We know technology and we’ll almost certainly make recommendations about the hardware and software you use, but that’s hardly all we do.
